We collect information you submit through our booking and contact forms — name, business name, phone number, optional email, and details about your project. We do not use invasive third-party analytics.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate about work you engage us for. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they remain commercially relevant. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us on 065 638 4903 to make a request.
Security
Data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit. Only authorised Visehost team members can access it.
