Terms of Service

These are the standard terms that govern engagements with Visehost. Signed statements of work always take precedence.
Engagement
Work begins after a signed statement of work and receipt of the agreed deposit. Timelines assume timely feedback and content from your team.
Scope & changes
Additions outside the agreed scope are quoted and approved before work begins.
Payment
Fixed-price engagements are billed in phases (typically deposit / milestone / launch). Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Ownership
On final payment, all deliverables — source code, design files, brand assets — are transferred to you.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.
Liability
Our aggregate liability on any engagement is capped at the fees you have paid for that engagement.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
