1. Scope
This policy covers all services requested, quoted and delivered through Lenucs Workspace, including websites, applications, design, marketing, social media and content production.
2. Deposits
Most projects begin with a deposit stated on your quote. The deposit reserves delivery capacity and covers discovery and planning work.
Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel in writing before discovery work begins.
3. Milestone work
Once a milestone is in progress, amounts invoiced for that milestone are non-refundable, because the work has already been produced.
Any milestone not yet started is refundable on request.
4. Recurring services
Hosting, maintenance, marketing and social media retainers are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; the current month is not pro-rated, and no further invoices are raised.
5. Requesting a refund
Open your workspace, go to Billing, and message us on the relevant invoice, or contact us directly. We respond to every refund request within 5 business days.
6. Exceptions
Third-party costs already paid on your behalf — domains, licences, ad spend, stock assets and app store fees — are not refundable once purchased.
